We do not always eat because we “feel” hungry. Sometimes we eat because we feel bad. We use food as instant gratification. This may be very deep-seeded. Many children are rewarded with food for good deeds or to bring them cheer when they feel down. Hoodia will not help you with your emotional food issues.

Do you skip meals and then overeat when you finally do sit down to have a meal? Not only are you lowering your metabolism by doing this, but you run the risk of extreme hunger that hoodia cannot overcome. Lowering your metabolism also contributes to weight gain. The final reason why hoodia sometimes fails to help people lose weight has to do with exercise. The bottom line is, there is no magic bullet and hoodia cannot replace good old-fashioned exercise to burn fat. If you live a sedentary life and rely on weight loss supplements to lose weight, you simply will not have healthy, lasting weight loss.
